What we collect

The email addresses you submit for verification, the results, and basic account and billing details. Our servers log IP addresses and request times for security and rate limiting.

Free trial and card details

To start the free trial we collect your first and last name, work email and a payment card. The card is entered directly into Stripe, so the number never touches our servers; we keep only the identifiers Stripe returns (such as the card's fingerprint and last four digits) to stop repeat signups. The card is saved for that purpose and is not charged for the trial.

Analytics and cookies

We run our own first-party analytics, with no third-party ad or tracking scripts. We set a first-party visitor cookie and record the pages you view, how long you stay, your referrer and campaign (UTM) parameters, your browser, device and approximate country, and your IP address. If you start a trial, those visits are linked to your name and email so we can see what led you to sign up. A separate cookie keeps you signed in to your trial. We use this data to run and improve the service and to prevent abuse, and we do not sell it.

How we use it

Addresses you submit are used only to run your verification and show you the results. We don't sell, rent or share your lists, and we don't email the addresses you verify.

Retention

You can delete a list and its results at any time. We keep aggregate, non-identifying data, such as whether a domain is catch-all, to make future checks faster and more accurate.
