TL;DR
- Pay as you go: $69 for 5,000, $129 for 10,000, $649 for 100,000, $3,199 for 1,000,000. The smallest pack is 2,000 for $39.
- ZeroBounce ONE: from $99 a month for 10,000 validations, bundled with an email finder, inbox tests and warmup. $948 a year paid annually.
- Terms: 100 free validations a month, no charge for unknowns or duplicates. Credit expiry depends on your plan and account age.
- MailExchange verifies the same volumes for about half: $29 for 5,000, $299 for 100,000.
How ZeroBounce pricing works
ZeroBounce charges one credit per email validated, and sells credits two ways:
- Pay as you go: one-time credit packs, starting at 2,000 credits for $39. The price per email falls as the pack gets bigger.
- ZeroBounce ONE: a monthly subscription that starts at $99 a month for 10,000 validations and includes other ZeroBounce tools: an email finder, inbox placement tests and warmup. Paying yearly costs $948 (a 20% saving). Larger tiers are on a slider on the pricing page, and above 1,000,000 a month you contact sales.
There's also a free plan: 100 validations a month, which is handy for checking the odd address.

What's free, and what expires
- Unknowns aren't charged. ZeroBounce says it never charges for "unknown" results.
- Duplicates aren't charged. Removing duplicate addresses from your list is free.
- Expiry depends on your plan. The pricing page says that without a ZeroBounce ONE subscription, "expiration rules may apply" depending on when your account was created, and points you to its terms or your account manager. If you buy a big pack to use slowly, check this before you buy.
Is ZeroBounce ONE worth it?
It depends on whether you use the extras. At 10,000 validations, ONE costs $99 a month, against $129 for a one-time 10,000 pack, so if you verify that much every month, ONE is the better ZeroBounce deal. And if you also use its finder, inbox tests and warmup, you're getting several tools for one bill. If you only need verification, though, you're paying for tools you won't open.
The same volumes at MailExchange

|---|---|---|---|
| 5,000 | $69 | $29 | $40 (58%) |
| 10,000 | $129 | $49 | $80 (62%) |
| 100,000 | $649 | $299 | $350 (54%) |

MailExchange is verification only, with 250 free credits, unknowns and duplicates refunded, and credits that never expire. Monthly plans are 15% off: 10,000 a month is $41.65, against $99 for ZeroBounce ONE (which includes the extra tools). Even for a small list we cost less: ZeroBounce's smallest pack is 2,000 for $39, and ours is 5,000 for $29.
Every MailExchange check runs the same six steps, and catch-all, role and disposable addresses are labelled separately. See the full ladder on MailExchange pricing.
Common questions
Is ZeroBounce's free plan enough? 100 validations a month covers spot checks, not a lead list. For a single address, our free email checker works too.
Why does ZeroBounce cost more? It's the biggest brand and sells a wider suite. If you only need verification, you're paying for a suite when you only need one part of it.
