TL;DR
- Price: Emailable is 45% cheaper at 5K, 53% at 10K, 35% at 100K and 34% at 1M.
- Terms: both skip charging for unknowns and duplicates. Emailable gives 250 free credits that never expire. ZeroBounce gives 100 free a month and starts at a smaller 2,000 pack.
- Pick Emailable for verification alone. Pick ZeroBounce if you'll use its email finder, inbox tests and warmup.
- Third option: MailExchange has the same terms as Emailable for 18-29% less. Disclosure: this is our site.

For a one-off list, Emailable costs roughly half of ZeroBounce at small volumes and about a third less at large ones. ZeroBounce does sell a smaller pack (2,000 emails for $39), but Emailable's smallest, 5,000 for $38, costs a dollar less and gets you more than twice the credits. For a few dozen addresses, ZeroBounce's 100 free validations a month may be all you need.
Monthly plans
The two take different approaches. Emailable's monthly plan is its pay-as-you-go ladder at 15% off (5,000 a month is $32.30), and you can cancel anytime. ZeroBounce ONE starts at $99 a month for 10,000 validations and bundles in other tools: an email finder, inbox placement tests and warmup. Paid yearly it's $948, a 20% saving. Above 1,000,000 a month, ZeroBounce asks you to contact sales.

Size and reputation
Both are established. ZeroBounce says it has 650,000 customers and has validated more than 60 billion emails. Emailable says more than 300,000 businesses use it. Either is a safe choice on reliability. The decision is about price and what else you want in the box.
Which one should you pick?
- Choose Emailable if you just need lists verified. It's cheaper at every volume, and its credits never expire.
- Choose ZeroBounce if you'll actually use the finder, inbox placement tests and warmup. Then ONE's bundle can be worth it, and its Instantly integration is handy for cold email.
- Consider MailExchange if Emailable's terms appeal but you want the lower bill. Same 250 free credits, same refunds for unknowns and duplicates, same never-expiring credits and 15% monthly discount, and $29 for 5,000 instead of $38. See MailExchange vs Emailable and MailExchange vs ZeroBounce.
Common questions
Which is more accurate? Both are established, and no verifier can fully confirm a mailbox on a catch-all domain. Test a sample of your own list in each, using the free credits, and compare the share of unknown and risky results.
Which is better for cold email? ZeroBounce names an Instantly integration on its site. Emailable doesn't feature the cold-email tools. If you clean lists by CSV before importing, either works, and price becomes the deciding factor.
