BriteVerify pricing: what it costs and why it's unclear

BriteVerify, from Validity, has no self-serve price list. This page separates what's confirmed from what's estimated.

Updated 2026-11-08

TL;DR

  • Confirmed: Validity's BriteVerify pages offer Contact Sales and Get a Demo, not a price list.
  • Estimated by third parties (unverified): about $0.01 per email at low volume, about $0.008 at 250K and above, and roughly $8,000-10,000 for 1M.
  • Published prices elsewhere run from $0.0017 to $0.0138 per email on pay-as-you-go, so ask for a quote you can compare.
  • Credits are reportedly valid for 12 months; confirm in writing.

BriteVerify is sold by Validity, a data-quality company, mostly through sales conversations and bundled enterprise plans. We couldn't find a self-serve price page. We don't quote BriteVerify prices as fact on this site; the figures in this page are third-party estimates.

Questions to ask for a quote

  1. Price per verification at my volume, in writing, including API calls and bulk uploads.
  2. Do credits expire, and when?
  3. Are unknown or duplicate results charged?
  4. Is there a minimum commitment or annual contract?
  5. What's the free trial size?
  6. What happens to uploaded data, and for how long is it kept?

The verifiers that publish prices are easy to compare: see the BriteVerify alternatives page, the full price comparison and the Mail Exchange vs BriteVerify page.

Why vendors hide prices

Sales-led pricing lets a vendor charge different customers different amounts and bundle verification with other products. For a buyer it means a quote isn't comparable with a list price until you convert it. The conversion is simple: divide the quoted price by the number of credits in thousands, then add the cost of any terms that differ (expiry, unknown handling, minimums, annual commitment).

A negotiating checklist

  • Ask for price per 1,000 at three volumes (what you need now, double, ten times).
  • Ask for a month-to-month option before an annual commitment.
  • Use published prices from other vendors as your reference point.
  • Ask for the free trial in writing, with the number of verifications.
