NeverBounce review

A plain review from NeverBounce's published pricing, checked 2026-10-18 (its site blocks automated reading, so some terms are flagged as unverified).

Updated 2026-11-03

TL;DR

  • Competitive pay-as-you-go prices ($40 for 5K, $400 for 100K) and the cheapest subscription at volume among the big names.
  • Pay-as-you-go credits expire 12 months after purchase.
  • Owned by ZoomInfo, with 80+ integrations advertised.
  • Free test credits exist, but the amount, and the unknown-result policy, aren't stated on the pages we could read.

What NeverBounce is

NeverBounce is a long-running verification service, owned by ZoomInfo since its 2018 acquisition. It offers bulk upload, an API, and a large catalogue of integrations (the vendor says 80+). It's positioned as a focused verifier rather than a deliverability suite.

Pricing

PackPricePer email
5,000$40$0.0080
10,000$50$0.0050
100,000$400$0.0040
1,000,000$2,500$0.0025

Growth subscription: from $49 a month for 10,000 verifications, with larger tiers listed in the pricing page data (about $99 for 50,000, $159 for 100,000 and $999 for 1,000,000 a month). Duplicates are free on Growth. Source: NeverBounce pricing page, checked 2026-10-18 (the page's script data; only the 10,000 tier was visible as text).

What's good

  • Price at volume. The Growth plan is the cheapest per email among the established vendors we compared.
  • Integrations. Advertised as 80+, including Zapier, n8n, HubSpot and Mailchimp.
  • Charges only for new, unique emails on Growth, which helps with recurring syncs.

What to check

  • Credit expiry. Pay-as-you-go credits expire 12 months after purchase; an unused 100K pack loses value.
  • Unknown results. We found no official statement, and competitor pages say unknowns are charged. Ask support before a large purchase.
  • Free credits. The free test amount isn't stated.
  • Terms may have changed. The pricing page blocked automated access when we checked, so confirm numbers on the live page.

Who it suits

Teams with steady high monthly volume or deep CRM and automation integrations, who'll use credits within a year. For lumpy volume, non-expiring credits are safer: see Mail Exchange vs NeverBounce. Mail Exchange's pay-as-you-go packs are 28% cheaper at 5K and 25% cheaper at 100K, but NeverBounce's subscription is cheaper than ours from about 50,000 a month.
